Referral

A customer may only participate in the Referral Program if they are 18 years of age or older and an existing customer of Renewal by Andersen. Those referring new customers are "Eligible Customers." A "Referred Prospect" is an individual who has not had an appointment or demonstration with Renewal by Andersen nor have they had a prior purchase with Renewal by Andersen. Each household or residence is treated as a single Referred Prospect. All employees of Renewal by Andersen, including Renewal by Andersen independent retailers, its parent company Andersen Corporation, customers of independent retailers, and any member of an eligible employee’s household or residence who is 18 years of age or older are also eligible to participate in the Referral Program. Only one reward will be issued per Referred Prospect. If more than one Eligible Customer claims a Referred Prospect, the first Eligible Customer that provides the name of the Referred Prospect will receive the referral reward, as determined by Renewal by Andersen. The Referred Prospect cannot already have participated in a Renewal by Andersen demonstration. No referral reward will be issued for sales to residents of townhomes or condominiums or their homeowners’ associations where a board or association decision mandates that all homeowners purchase Renewal by Andersen®️️ products. If the Referred Prospect schedules an appointment within [six (6) months] after the Referral Prospect’s name is shared by the Eligible Customer, the Eligible Customer will receive a $250 Visa gift card by U.S. mail within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks of the scheduled appointment by the Referred Prospect. The referral reward is non-transferrable and no substitution will be made except as provided at Renewal by Andersen’s sole discretion. The Eligible Customer is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the referral reward. Visa is not affiliated with nor is it an endorser of this program. Renewal by Andersen reserves the right to change the rules, conditions, benefits, or rewards pertaining to the Referral Program, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice. 1)Some independent retailers who sell Renewal by Andersen products may operate their own referral programs. This Referral Program is not valid in conjunction with any other referral programs. If an independent retailer operates their own referral program, that is solely separate from and independent of the Referral Program set forth herein. All interpretations of program terms and conditions will be at the sole discretion of Renewal by Andersen. No employee, agent, or other representative of Renewal by Andersen has the right or authority to modify any of these terms or conditions, except in writing by an officer of Renewal by Andersen. By participating in this Referral Program, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Andersen Corporation, and their respective affiliates, agents, representatives and employees from and against any and all injury, death, loss or liability, including tax liability or damages of any kind, in connection with the operation of the Referral Program, or arising from participant’s participation in this Referral Program or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize received in this Referral Program. By participating in this Referral Program, each participant 1) agrees to be bound by these Referral Program terms, 2) agrees that the decisions of Renewal by Andersen LLC are final and binding and 3) warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Referral Program. All information provided by a participant for purposes of participation in the Referral Program is provided to Renewal by Andersen LLC.
